On the first Sunday of each month, the church provides homemade and purchased desserts for the residents and staff at the Senior Living in Fairfield.  This is a way to help them celebrate the birthdays for that month. Desserts are taken in a disposable container and placed in the church kitchen before the worship service begins.

 

 

Each Sunday at 9AM, the church holds Sunday School class for the residents at Senior Living.  This gives them an opportunity to sing familiar hymns and to hear a message from the Word.  If you are interested in assisting, please join in and help.

 

 

A necessities tote for families affected by a home fire are available upon request.  The totes include basic survival items, hygiene supplies and basic essentials, such as sheets, towels, silverware, and more.  The necessities totes are provided at no costs to families.

The annual Coat Giveaway began in 2010.  It is held each October in Fairfield on the corner of Delaware and First Street.   The collection begins in September with drop boxes placed at local schools and outside the church door.  In addition to coats, hats, mittens and tennis shoes are also accepted to the collection boxes.  Items are provided free to both children and adults.
